[Old Report] ME: Andromeda crashes on startup

When I try to start Mass Effect Andromeda, it crashes after a few seconds before even getting the usual developer logos. The sequence of events is always as follows:
- pressing the "Play" button in Origin (or running the MassEffectAndromeda.exe from the download folder - tried both);

- "MassEffectAndromeda.exe" and "ActivationUI.exe" processes start (monitoring with the task manager);

- "ActivationUI.exe" closes;

- a black window named "Mass Effect: Andromeda" with a space helmet icon in the window header appears;

- in 3-4 seconds "MassMassEffectAndromeda.exe" process unexpectedly closes and the window disappears.

No error messages, no system problems - nothing. Just everything running fine - except the game. While the "MassEffectAndromeda.exe" is working it is seen consuming around 40-50% CPU and 500 Mb RAM (way below the maximum capacity).

Every time the game crashes as described above, a file is created in "My Documents/Bioware/Mass Effect Andromeda/Temp" folder called "CrashDump_[Date]_[Time].dmp". I tried to open one with a text editor, but the majority of it is unreadable and the only lines that actually make sense are referring to certain registry keys and contain no error reports.

Already tried:

- repairing the game with Origin (no damaged files detected);

- uninstalling and reinstalling the game completely;

- shutting down Origin and launching from MassEffectAndromeda.exe letting it start Origin automatically;

- uninstalling and reinstalling Origin;

- setting all .exe files to run as administrator;

- checking that ActivationUI.exe is in the firewall exceptions list;

- disabling antivirus.

System info:

Intel Core i5-4460;

12 Gb RAM;

Radeon R7 250X 2 Gb;

Windows 7 SP 1 64-bit;

DirectX 11.

All drivers up to date.

No Corsair Utility Engine, TeamSpeak, graphic tablets and other software and hardware mentioned on this forum as possibly conflicting with the game.

Also seen a video of an ME:A test with my video card on Youtube - so the hardware problem can be ruled out.

Attachement: DxDiag file, screenshot of the game window I see for a few seconds, "CrashDump" file.
