Over a year of not being able to play.

Just thought it was worth sharing. I have not been able to play this game I purchased through Steam for over a year. Since being forced to switch to the EA app from Origin I have not been able to play, before that I had over 400 hours into this edition of the game. I have tried every solution there is and filled out multiple Help requests for months with no success. I haven't bought another EA game since and don't plan to anytime soon.

    Thanks for reaching out to the Mass Effect community here on Answers HQ!

    It's not good to hear you haven't been able to player MELE for some time, To check do you get an error message when launching the game, or what is currently happening?

    Additional to @EA_Illium, please create a DxDiag in text file format and post it with your next reply. You can do that with the "Choose file" button at the bottom right corner of the reply window.
