I make the Operation Jackhammer on teh Nov 2, 2012 for the Prom waepons is was conplete but I get no Pack.
can you please help me?

There was a help page on the BSN:

But the problem is that Bioware didn't update it since the Bloodlust operation, so we can't use it anymore to receive our pack.
And as the EA Support can't give pack anymore ... I don't really now the new way to get it.
To be sure, you can contact the EA support to ask for it (if they can or not).
