[PC] - Andromeda crashes when quitting the game to desktop

So i've came back to this game after a year and now everytime I quit the game I see a black screen, if I alt tab and close the game it appears as if it's still open in Origin. The onlyn way to close ...

Hey @Cooling_Device, 


I wonder if this might be an issue with the Origin client itself. Have you tried clearing the Origin cache to see if that helps? 

You can find more details on how to clear it at the EA Help website. Once you're able to give that a try let me know if the game is still hanging when you try closing it. Thanks!

I dont have access to my desktop PC now but I've tried installing it in my Alienware M17 R2 and when I quit the game there is still a black screen but after a while it closes completely. 

Alienware Specs:

I7  9750H

RTX 2080 MAX Q

Windows 10

The main difference is that my desktop is AMD, can that be the problem?

    Hmm, I haven't heard about any issues specific to AMD CPUs, but that's something we can keep in mind. When you've got the chance would you mind sharing a DxDiag so we can take a look? You can find more details on how to grab one at the EA Help website.
