You did run the game at least once?

Pleas search your machine for the "GamerSettings.ini", you should get less results.

Edit: Saving the game works?

I know this is an old thread, but i just got the Legendry Edition myself and the config folder is not being created in the BioGame folder for ME1. No matter what you do.

      Yes, Legendary, but for some strange reason, I started the game today from the desktop shortcut instead of the EA app and now the config folder is there…
