SUPER IMPORTANT UPDATE:
I was able to solve my problem with the multiplayer, FINALLY!
The advisors don't really tell you what the problem was or how they solved it, but they do it. I recommend to everyone who has problems with multiplayer to always open a case and insist until you find a qualified advisor (since you will have several who do not fully understand all the concerns) be quite specific with your situation and I hope that way you can resolve your problems .
I seriously thought that I was a lost cause, I wish there was a general solution for this type of case; But ultimately what I want to say is that don't give up when trying to find a solution to your problems.
And I really thank all the advisors who tried to help me, they were always attentive and kind and specifically I want to thank that advisor who was able to resolve my situation. 🙂
