I was told by an EA Chat rep to make a post here about my issue. I'm trying to get my online access restored to Mass Effect Andromeda because when I went to play it today it said "Missing Online Access: You are not allowed to access the online features of this game. See https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/not-able-to-connect-to-online-play/ for additional information." and it's proved absolutely useless and of no help. This isn't even the first time I had this issue, the last time this happened it was when EA was making the switch from Origin to the new EA App. I'd really like some actual help getting this resolved so I can finally get back to playing my game.
Community Manager@ArchangelOm3gaTV Thank you for the callout on this one. We passed along the info you provided. For this error, it has to be resolved with live support as they have to make changes to the account itself which we do not handle over the forums.
For yours specifically, we ask that you message chat again, and simply let them know you need the "online Access" error fixed on your account. They have steps to follow for this one.

@EA_Shepard After talking with the chat support again my agent Rajat said they had removed the old EA Play versions of the game from my account and to try reinstalling the game. I followed those instructions but it still seems my account is still missing Online Access. I'm beginning to think I am out of options at this point and have no idea what to do now.
Community Manager@ArchangelOm3gaTV Hey, so i saw what they did. Since I cannot change this here, live support needs to. I did put a note on there for you so that when you speak with them again, they will see exactly what to do in order to get you back online.

@EA_Shepard I unfortunately closed the chat box after talking to Rajat on there and can't seem to find a way to get it to open again. I went to ea help selected the EA App and the help topics only give me the option to email still
Community Manager@ArchangelOm3gaTV Log out of the EA account on the Help site. If you follow those steps above and you are not logged in, it will give you a chat option. Also clear your cache and browser history just in case too.
If no chat option pops up, make different choices. Not all options have the chat feature.
