(PC) Mass Effect Andromeda Multiplayer Character Missing Skill Points.
Hello, maybe about a week ago I was going to respec my Turian Soldier, unfortunately, being so used to using the X key on my keyboard all over multiplayer for other things, this time around I accidentally pressed X and then Space quickly, rather than V followed by Space. So instead of using "Respec power points", I accidentally "Reset level" instead. Resulting in that I put my Turian Soldier back to level 1, which in and off it's self is not that bad of a thing since I would just have to level the character up again, which is fine.
The problem however is that when I went to add the starting skill points to the Turian Soldiers skills I noticed I did not have the same amount of skill upgrades that I normally do with a character that is "level 1, Rank XX, Veteran Bonus: Tier 10". Normally such a character (level 1, rank XX, Veteran Tier 10), has 25 points to use from the start, which you can use to max one power to rank 6, and a second power to 3 (assuming you add said skill points to one of the three powers that start with 1 in them already). But after using my points I had one power at 6, and then 1 remaining skill point, meaning I was missing 4 skill points.
I thought that was strange, so I used a "Respec power points" to see if it was just a bug and that I would get back those 4 missing skill points. But after the respec I could now see that I had 21 skill points, and not the 25 that I should have. At this point I wondered if this was maybe something to do with using "Reset level" on the character (which I had never used before), and thought that maybe if I leveled the character back up to level 20 I might get those 4 missing points back. So that is what I did, I leveled the character up to 20 over the next 2-3 days, but when all was said and done, My Turian Soldier (at level 20, rank XX, veteran bonus Tier 10), did not have a skill rank of 6/6/1/6/6, but rather 6/6/1/6/5 and with 2 skill points remaining, meaning I was still missing 4 skill points to raise the last skill to rank 6.
At this point I started to google around online to try and find information about this. But most replies to this problem/bug that I could find are all about 6+7 years old, and most of which said they thought that bug had been fixed with a "recent" update to the game. Also found that the bug may have had something to do with reseting a characters level that had unused skill points (which was not the case for me, I had used all points for the Turian Soldier before my accidental level reset). And then there seems to be a huge gap of little to no information for several years. I have found some very select few replies/messages/etc that are from the last 1-2 years (think one on this specific site), but none of them have had any replies to them that would lead to any answer to if there is a way to fix this currently, or had no replies at all what so ever. And also, just to be sure, I did verify the games files (I own the game on Steam), and it came back 100% ok.
After that, since the weekend was almost here, I decided to try and use those last 2 points to increase the rank 1 skill to rank 2, to have 0 remaining skill points, and deliberately used a "Reset Level" on my Turian Soldier again, to put them back down to level 1, and hope that the bug would go away due to this. But unfortunately after that level reset he still only had 21 skill points rather than 25, and after once again leveling him up to level 20 he was still missing 4 skill points to max him out to 66166, and when again using a normal "Respec power points" at this point he has a total of 78 skill points when he should have 82.
I again have been googling around today to see if I maybe missed something, missed a solution, but I have not seemed to be able to find one. So I have then spent time here on EA's page to try and find a solution, which I have not found any either. I have then looked to see if I could contact support about this somehow, but all the info I can find on how to do that will just send me through loops on the website to places where in the end only keeps pointing me back to this particular "Answer HQ" community forum to ask for help here.
The closest EA Help option for this problem "I need help restoring my progress in my game" has neither an option to Chat with someone, or send an email about it, and just points me to this place, the Answers HQ.
So... here I am asking about this bug. Asking if anyone knows any way to fix this, to get back the 4 missing skill points for my Turian Soldier? Or if anyone know how to actually get in contact with someone at EA in support that could maybe help with this.
I know this is just one multiplayer character with this missing skill point thing for me, where I can play a all other available characters who have all the skill points they are supposed to. But, the Turin Soldier is one of the characters I play the most, probably the second most, and it would be a shame and a bit annoying to have to stop playing said character in higher difficulty matches due to this, since this is the only multiplayer character which has both Fortify and Turbocharge at the same time, which is the reason I like to play this character.

Image nr 1: Is after I used "Reset level" deliberately the second time, to see if I could maybe get back the missing skill points that way, which did not work as you can see.
Image nr 2: Is after I had leveled the character up to level 20 again to see if that gave back the points, but again as you can see it did not.
Image nr 3: Is after I used a "Respec power points" after hitting 20 to see what would happen, and again even though he is level 20, and rank XX, he is still missing 4 skill points.
Based on everything I am seeing here with this, is that this bug seems to be connected to the rank of the character somehow, due to that the character is missing those 4 skill points even when they are at level 1 rank XX (having only 21 skill points instead of 25).
