Okay,
I have the 1080 TI, and when I start the game, fraps shows me ~ 20 fps in windowed borderless.
I change to fullscreen, the game suddenly behaves normal.
I change back to windowed borderless, it stays at 60 -100 fps.
If I close the game now, and start it again, it still behaves.
After I restart the PC itself, I'm back at 20 fps and have to do the fullscreen and back to windowed borderless again
Its not a big issue, but it is strange.
Community AdminThanks for the post, it's certainly odd. If you set the game to launch in fullscreen or regular small Windowed mode do you see the same issue?

Okay, I changed to fullscreen, rebooted my PC and everthing was fine.
I changed to windowed, rebooted my PC and everything was fine.
It seems the problem is only with borderless window.
I have the 378.92 drivers, if that helps.
I have the same issue i believe its related to new nvidia drivers.
Background applications and software can also cause issues with borderless windows. Try playing after a clean boot to rule out anything except Windows and Origin messing it up:

I don't know if its the thing you suggested or the new drivers, but now it works.

I have amd 6700xt gpu have on fullscreen 20 fps…
windowed 50 fps.. ingame alot more.
