[Pc]Drack's quest about Spender??

I just did this quest, and it apparently ended with ryder giving the transponder to one guy near Addison. Then I went to talk to Drack inside the Tempest and he told me about the seed vault on Elad...

    No it didnt end like this.

    If you carry on with the storyline, you will know that the seed vault quest by drack will lead to one of spender's associates, piece together all these and there will be a scene where spender faces judgement to either be exiled or imprisoned, if he's exiled there's a hint of drack sending some of his people to get rid of him.
