Think there's something about keeping the ancient AI quiet and sneaking her into SAM node, after the crash SAM node had some work done, maybe they found out about her and did something to her?

They are reserving the Ancient VI to be transplanted into their mother's body. Something will go awry with her cryo, and her body won't move. They'll make the Ancient VI her version of SAM to prompt the lady back to life, only to find out that the Ancient VI is ... EDI's grand grandmother.

Yup just finished my 3rd playthrough and this time I made it a point to visit everyone(except morda cause I am not masochistic).  Everyone is where they should be, Moshae at Aya(inside the museum), Bradley standing in his usual dirt spot on eos.  The 4 admin clowns(tann, addison, kesh n kendros) at the nexus.  Ancient AI in Aya(cause of my choice), Evfra's still rude standing in his resistance HQ.  other pathfinders in the pathfinder hq.  The only person I cant locate is my sibling...  Maybe the Kett implanted something and the sibling is making his/her way to them with the secrets of meridian?!  😬
