My simple guess on the matter, bioware/microsoft is probably staggering the install, most likely the 21Gb is just one game and the other two games will be installed one day at a time then on launch day the day 1 patch comes in for 4 straight days of steady installs.
- @GrimReaperTaken I am gonna assume the full install will drop on the 12th like the promised PS pre-load.
