Problem d3d9.dll

I can't launch Mass Effect 3. When I try, it says that the d3d9.dll is missing. I tried to reinstall directx 9, 10, 11 on my computer approximatively 20 times, it doesn't work. I have this problem ...

    Kind of an old thread, but I just found out why mine didn't work.  Apparently the d3d9.dll in the folder with the MassEffect3.exe was actually just an alias, and it wasn't pointing to anything.  It was pointing to where it thought the Fxaa Tool folder was, with it's own d3d9.dll . So I fixed the alias, not sure if others have this same problem, but that fixed my game...

    C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Mass Effect 3\Binaries\Win32

    Check that the d3d9.dll is here, if it's an alias, you may have to fix it (or move another d3d9.dll file to where it's pointing to).
