Problem with the purchase of BioWare points

As a topic, when trying to purchase points to buy the DLC for ME 3 it gives me: "The overall error While processing your request error. Please try again later. "

    Yes, I'm having this problem too. I have tried to buy Bioware points using both Origin and web site, getting an error after clicking Purchase. Dear support, can you please advise if this is going to be fixed?

    This problem has resurfaced in Feb 2016.

    EA support could only suggest I buy an EA cash card!  They would not answer my direct question of "Why is Paypal not working?"

    This solution works.  Thanks, suggest this be bumped up and EA needs a kick up the BUM to sort it out.  Their product support crew in Bombay also needs to be told.

    In case anyone else has the same issue - just choose another Bioware product and buy points through there - I did it through ME2.

    Even site looked differently, which gave me hope, and purchase Went through smoothly.
