Purchase/Redeem Online Pass - PC - DLC won't authenticate - unplayable.
Ok. I own Mass Effect 3 N7 Digital Deluxe Edition PC bought on 01/03/2012 on Origin, I have since purchased all the DLC (including the new Omega..) that has been made available and have thus far (apart from Omega as it won't load any more) thoroughly enjoyed the game.
I now have 2 issues:
1. Multilayer no longer functions, I get a message stating an online pass is required when I click on either Multilayer or the button on the bottom right of the main menu.
2. Single Player will no longer load from were I left off and I get a message stating From Ashes DLC will not Authenticate.
I have done as previously suggested in the message from the Advisor (Aparna)yet I continue to receive the same error messages, My Mass Effect 3 is no unplayable.,
I checked my Origin Account "About Me" page online and under my Game Specific Identities every other identity is listed as "bluejim" however next to Mass Effect it is listed as something completely different..
Anyone have any ideas, frankly I am getting sick of re-downloading the game every time..
Does this mean I need to buy a brand new copy of the game just to get the online pass back?
Is my Origin Account for Mass Effect Damage?
Any information or assistance would be greatly appreciated.

In this case you would need to contact Customer Support and tell them you need to have the Entitlement for your Online Pass regranted.
No, you should not need to buy a new copy of ME3.
