@EA_IlliumNo. I bought the game on PS4 as far as I'm aware, there seems to be no option to download the soundtrack along with the game on the console.

- EA_Illium@42_Galahad We made some changes on our side, Can you check if you are able to download the soundtrack now?
@EA_IlliumThe downloads for the original trilogy work again now (Thank you for that!), but unfortunately the download for the Andromeda soundtrack still doesn't work. I'm getting a different error message though (see below).
Sorry if I removed to much from the message for it to be useful; I saved it unmodified and can send it to you if you'd like (or re-post it) - I just wasn't sure if it was safe to post all that stuff on a publicly accessible forum or if there was some sensitive information about my account in there.

@EA_IlliumUnfortunately still happening in incognito/private mode, both in Firefox and Chrome. I made the video but before I share it here on the forum (and sorry if that sounds overly paranoid - which it most likely does I guess), is any of the information I redacted in the error message shown in my post above potentially containing sensible information about my account? (Because that same error message is in the video). If so, I'd rather send it to you directly, if possible.

Hi @42_Galahad Wanted to get back to you, we made some additional changes, and I can confirm when I sign in on my account I can download the soundtrack, When you have a second can you test?
I wanted to test, but when I tried it both yesterday and today, my browser prohibited me from continuing to the site (https://masseffectarchives.com/en_US/downloads); seems like the certificate expired recently:
Websites prove their identity via certificates, which are valid for a set time period. The certificate for masseffectarchives.com expired on 2/23/2022.
Error code: SEC_ERROR_EXPIRED_CERTIFICATE- EA_Illium@42_Galahad Are you able to select proceed past the Browser message to the download page? If not does going through incognito mode work?
