In general all three ME games run on Windows 10 without problems.
If hardware components because of missing drivers or other issues are not detected on Windows 10 there is of course nothing that could be done except to change the hardware.
It finally worked for me when I uninstall and reinstalled it many times, it didn't work when I tried this before, but now it is working without any issue.

Hey all. Ok my problem is this. I am trying to play ME2 and ME3 on windows 10 and, after about 2 to 3 mins of playing, i get a solid color on my screen and it locks up. I then have to restart the computer completely. I have checked patches, drivers etc and everything is up to date. Have not done a full un-install - re-install since updating to Windows 10. So idk if that is a problem or not. Have tried compatibility troubleshooting but because the game locks up cant complete that. Trying to get more advice and or options. Thank you.

Please create a separate thread in the ME2 main section. Attach a DxDiag in text file format to your OP. You can do that with the "choose file" button at the bottom right corner of the reply window.
