When you download the game from your games library on Xbox, and you go into the additional content, do you see any of the content listed there? If you do not, that typically indicates the wrong account. Content on the console is regulated by your Microsoft account and Xbox, so anytime you don't see something, that specific account isn't entitled for that content.

To make sure that you it is regardless if we know it is, go to profile.ea.com and log in with your EA account.

Go to Connections and make sure the Xbox Gamertag you used and use now shows up there.

If the accounts are linked correctly, use the steps Here to locate the content on the console.

Once Xbox is entitled to content you own, they are the only ones who can remove it. Even if you removed the Gamertag from your EA account and linked it to a new one, it's still based on your Xbox account.
