Community Manager@necroticliquid Thats fine if it shows in your library. What it sounds like is that the right version of the game from you what you own is downloaded. Downloading it this way apply the right entitlements or connects to the right entitlements you own and should resolve that. If it does not. let us know.

Everything was uninstalled, thank you for your help in all this but i know now never to buy direct from EA again, always the same thing and always problems. To think after 15 years of loyalty, you can't even get the help desk to sort out your problems, incompetence or lying, who knows.

Community Manager@necroticliquid I understand. I will take care of the case end of it. If you still have it installed, and you get a chance, do a repair on it. I made a change that should help. The change sometimes involves a reinstall but typically just doing a repair fixes it.
I'm currently having issues with the game not going offline and having the Missing Online Access error.
I bought the game ages ago and just renewed my EA Play Pro account.
Can anybody help me?
