Go to your "Documents\BioWare\Mass Effect Legendary Edition" folder and move all files and folders inside to your desktop > Test.
If that don't helps:
- Go here.
- Download the "vc_redist.x64.exe" and the "vc_redist.x86.exe". (2015 - 2019) You don't need the ARM version.
- Run the "vc_redist.x86.exe" as administrator. (Right click on the exe > Run as administrator.)
- Restart the computer.
- Run the "vc_redist.x64.exe" as administrator. (Right click on the exe > Run as administrator.)
- Restart the computer.
- Test.
