Hello I have a similar problem kind of. I pre-order the game at the 1st of march got the receipt and all and i just checked it today in my origin launcher and it says pre-order failed. I then checked my order history and the status says processing. What does that mean in the end? That my pre-order didn't go through and basically lost the percs of it or that it will go normal today since today is the release date in Europe?

If you don't have the game in your Game library and the order history shows that your order didn't go through, you should try it again.
If that also fails you should contact EA directly. If you are not from the US change the country in the top right corner.

Same happend to to me and i checked my billing information . And it stated there that i had first bought the most expensive version fo mass effect Andromeda . Then I got the same problem
proceccing failed. So I Bought the standard game instead .
Upon Closer reveal , I checked the billing of what i have bought . And it seems that I have paid in full for the deluxe version witch I never got to download .
So Origin , U have some money thats mine . Would like to have it back .

Hey but i pre order dlc for the sims 4 and the tool tip said "We've billed you for your order but some item may have not been delivered yet" . Is this the same case as pre order game?

No I prefer ordor the Sims get famous expansion pack . It will release on 15 November and in my library I see it said unlock. So what does this mean?
"We've billed you for your order but some item may have not been delivered yet" in this case just means that the expansion packages is not yet released.
You will be able to play it as soon as it is released.
