Did you try to change your country to United States at the bottom? Usually when you have selected ME3 as product and USA as country the Live Chat option becomes available.

    It's currently set to USA but it's still gray. Maybe the chat's only available at certain times?

    I just tried - it's not greyed out for me. Did you pick Mass Effect 3 as your game? Maybe try with another browser.

    yep. I tried both Mass Effect 3 and the N7 Collector's Edition. I also tried it on Firefox and it's still grayed out. Thanks for your replies btw
