Re: Where's my gear?

I'm referring to the multiplayer inventory items. According to BSN, they are categorized as "GEAR". These are the multiplayer items which are not consumable, but give similar benefits to the consumable items.

Hi daculadom,

I believe you are referencing the data at the N7HQ in social.bioware.com...The items as listed in  the Inventory section-> Multiplayer Manifest->Gear-> Common and Rare  right?

Per your statement: instead of my full list of gear options, I have only one. I see the stuff in my inventory on BSN, but not through the game

Are they grayed out (all except for one?). If they are all shown in Gear, you should still be able to 'use' and attach them to your Equipment (at the screen for Character Customization). If they are grayed out in Gear, then that changes the equation. I gather that you have tried to 'regain' use of your Non-consumable Gear items by restarting your game as well as the uninstalling-reinstalling options to no avail. I do not think that your doing that (re-installs, uninstalls) affects your records at social.bioware N7HQ. But you never know with Mass Effect 3 MP.

So I can only offer the advice to go to help.ea.com and click on CONTACT US to get the assistance of a Game Advisor.

You might find a solution to your issue with his/her assistance.

Good luck to you

P.S. Even though I am not totally sure on the platform you are using to play ME 3, there is a reply here (from EAchems to another player )which might be useful to you if you are doing so on a PC...it does not hurt to try.:robotfrustrated:

Re: mass effect 3 freezing up [ New ]

Thank you for the fast response.

I think this error message might come from an Origin issue. Let’s try a clean reinstallation of Origin/ and running it with admin rights, hopefully it will fix the issue:

-          Uninstall Origin

-          Run CCleaner to clean your registry http://www.piriform.com/ccleaner (very easy and intuitive tool to use)

-          Reboot your computer

-          Reinstall Origin directly from our website http://www.origin.com/download

-          Set the application to be run as administrator (right click on Origin -> Properties -> Compatibility tab -> tick the box)

-          Reboot your computer

-          Launch Origin and the repair tool again for ME3

-          Play the mission

These steps are a bit time consuming, but at least we’ll know Origin is installed from scratch and there is no corrupted data in the game files.
