Seriously Stuck at Q-Zone ME2 LE
About to lose my mind.
Playing ME2 LE on Xbox One-X. Beginning of the game on Omega, trying to enter the Quarantine Zone to track down the Professor.
I convinced the guard to let me and my (human) squad enter; after which the Squad Selection screen loads (even though I already selected my squad when leaving the Normandy). PROBLEM IS: I CAN’T ACTUALLY SELECT ANYONE AND I CANNOT BACK OUT OF THE SCREEN.
There’s absolutely no way forward or back, without force quitting the game. And restarting the game just puts me back in that same Squad Selection screen with no way to select or back out. WTH!
I did a hard reboot of my XB1-X and loaded an earlier save, but every time I try to enter the Q-Zone, I get stuck in that Squad Selection screen.
Seriously: what am I supposed to do? I can’t just skip this mission, so it’s game breaking.
I loved ME1 LE, but can’t even get through the beginning of ME2 without one big problem after another. In fact it took me over six hours and two attempts just to install ME2 from the LE launcher.
so please don’t tell me I’ll have to uninstall and reinstall the whole thing; with no guarantee I won’t get stuck right back on that same screen when trying to rnter the Q-Zone.
