Slew of bugs so far (ME LE - Windows 10) (ME1-ME3)

NOTICE: ALL of those bugs were noticed on INSANITY difficulty. Depending on the difficulty you might not even notice them (that hard), but on Insanity? They hit like an comet just got dropped on you....

Updated, because the decent AI in ME3 got completely and utterly broken somehow by the Legendary Edition. How the * did that get done?
