@medic4625 Now that you mention it I did have this problem too on Xbox Series X. I think i had Liara and tali. Down in the lower area with the water valves it was like liara was trying to path to me through a wall and just couldn't figure out how to move around.
Thankfully it didnt happen in exogeni for me. Hopefully it gets fixed up
