@medic4625 I had this same issue on my PC with the Steam version. Once I went down into the lower tunnel my squadmates turned into fasion models just standing in place.
The issue seems to happen when you go into the King Varren area, and a save and reload also seems to clear it for me. If you are getting the same thing I am, then you see the cutscene of the King Varren, and your people are at the door, you fight it and they don't move and from then on are statues in place....so I have started finishing that fight, clearing the area of items, stepping outside and saving then reloading and continuing. For me this fixes the issue.
