[Steam] Can't launch Mass Effect Andromeda

(my english is not very perfect. sorry) I bought Mass Effect Andromeda on Steam 3 days ago and since then Im not able to even launch the game! When I click on "Play" Steam starts an EA App....

Thank you for helpng me but... One more question: 
Is there any way to do this on my main user profile? Or can you advise me some programm that can fix corrupted files in my main profile?

Just test in your main profile, Windows may have repaired some global files that might make it work there too.

Apart from that, a repair installation might work, but there is no guarantee because we don't know where exactly the corruption is located.

Easiest way might be to follow this MS help article to move your data over to the new account.
