Still stuck on the a black screen upon opening the game on ps4

So ill get stright to the point. Im enountering a black screen upon launching the game. So i start the game,it shows the logo of mass effect with ryder on it in his suit then it loads the next screen after that and when so a black screen appears and it stays stuck on it. I dont get any farther than that. Ive done some research and it appears to be a bug but i read that that bug was solved but for the pc. Im currently running the digital version on the PS4. So this is the problem. If anyone can help i literally just downloaded it the first time so someone please help this guy out. Thanks all.

Id like to add that at first it was crashing saying the download was corrupted so i redownloaded it and was able to get to the main menu once upon the partial completed download but once it finished completely i tried to launch the game and now its stuck at a black screen.

Ive tried closing the game and restarting it. Ive tried uninstalling the game and reinstalling it. Ive even tried restarting my ps4 and then trying to launch the game and none of those worked.
