I have this same problem. Glad I looked before making a repeat post.
To add more information: When going to Prodromos on Eos for the second or third time, three terminals with "!" quest markers popped up at the same time. (I believe just after leaving Aya, but it could have been before then. I'm sorry, I don't remember). Two terminals worked fine, but the third terminal has no messages to read. The "!" marker remains.
(I've attached a screenshot of the location of the terminal in question.)
I'm having the same problem - any update/fix?
I had the same problem before, but right now i have a quest that i need to turn over to that terminal but accesing it does nothing.
The quest it self is to return information about crash drone that you can find in the most north east location of the map, near the map border.
Same bug. I don't understand WTF with this quest?
P.s. - We need patch...where is it?
