Thane Loyalty mission Help.

So, I was doing Thane's loyalty mission, fine and dandy, and as soon as I update Thane for the third time, as soon as he says "Target in sight" my PS3 suddenly freezes and I have to hard restart it, ocassionaly it would say it was corrupted and I had to delete my save, but I could restart the mission and go back to the Normandy. I also tried purpousfully losing Talid, but once the cutscene appeared, it froze again, and if I skipped the cutscene super quickly, it would freeze on the mission summary screen, so, now, I can't get Thane's loyalty, and thanks to that, I can't get Legion's either which also means that is the only mission I have before the IFF triggers which is one I can't even do, is there any way to fix this or cancel his loyalty mission?
