Thermal Clips are Not Spawning or Dropping Xbox Insider Alpha

Thermal Clips are not Dropping or Spawning. I literally had to go to a weapon station just to  restock! Also it doesn't do  the bug all the time just every once in a while which is super weird.  Ok T...

I think it might be a death issue. It seems like if you die and then restart from checkpoint the Thermal Clips do not spawn. I have been tending to notice it every once in a while.
