Tons of smoke in Illium in Mass Effect 2 Legendary Edition

Illium is covered in smoke in most of the backgrounds on the planet. There is also a smoky haze that fills most of the areas. I'm not sure if this is a bug. I'm quite disappointed as Illium is my fav...

To me, that's a very disappointing design decision.

I hope the devs could bring the original view back.

It doesn't seem like an intentional design decision. I think the AI upscaler (or whatever the tech they used was called) just upped the brightness and look on the haze that was already on Illium. I'm sure they didn't intend for the views on Illium to be covered in white, especially with it being the prime photo mode location.
