Product: Mass Effect Andromeda
Platform: PC
Edition: Standard Edition
Version: Digital

I have two teams sitting at level 20, which were leveled in the phone app on iOS, but I still have not received this achievement. Going to prestige > challenges under multiplayer doesn't fix anything for me. I think I'll try leveling up my currently level 17 team to 20 strictly using the game interface to see if that causes it to pop.

    @kyittkat That should work. That's how it unlocked for me on my third lvl 20 team >.<

    Also might be a good idea to log out of the app and reset it to default state (delete user data from app) while you do this.
