"Unable to Authorize the listed DLC"

Hi all,

I originally purchased the N7 Collectors Edition upon release and everything was working fine until I purchased and installed new content from the store which it states on my origin account that I have them, however the message continued to display. No one at the time could resolve the issue so I gave up playing a game I loved and uninstalled it due to being unable to play both the new multiplayer and singleplayer content.

The message reads as follows. ( I don't have all the DLCs yet, but I plan to buy all of them as I did with ME2)

"Unable to authorize the listed DLC. Please log into the Alliance Network with the account used to purchase the DLC."

ME3: Content Patch 2 DLC Module
ME3: Content Patch DLC Module
Multiplayer Expansion Pack 4
Mass Effect 3: Earth
Rebellion Pack
Resurgence Multiplayer Expansion
Mass Effect 3 Extended Cut.  

From Ashes seems to work and I had no issue upon the first initial installation of the game, however I have tried reinstalling the game and redownloading all content, I have also tried repairing the game several times. Everything is up to date and it states that I am "Connected to EA Servers" and I can play both the singleplayer and multiplayer parts of the game however, none of the listed content I purchased is available in game. 

I also have issues with  "Error syncing cloud storage data - Your latest Cloud storage data may not be available" I wonder if this could also be related. 

Can anyone help me?
