Unable to download bought DLC

I've bought all DLC for ME3, but I recently got a new PC. I reinstalled the game via origins but skipped a couple of DLC (multiplayer content and genisis 2) becacause I don't want/need it and mu interent is slow. However, I can't play single player due accidently skipping the ground resistance pack download and apparently I need to have genisis 2 (despite being halfway through  game). 

I can't seem to be able to download them. I've tried via origins and the social.bioware site. But for the ME3 content there's either a "---" or "more info". I've tried to re-buy it, to see if it'll realise I own it already so downloads itself. But it says I already own it, and that is it.
