Hello. I am unable to launch ME3 as it states I do not own the game, but I definitely do. I have never had this issue before. I do not have another EA account, and I have 100+ hours in the game. T...
- Close EA app and Steam completely. (not just minimized in the tray.)
- Press Windows key + R.
- Enter or copy and paste: "%ProgramData%\Electronic Arts\EA Services" (Without the quotes) > hit ENTER.
- Delete the "License" folder.
- Test.
