Unable to Launch Mass Effect 3

Hello. I am unable to launch ME3 as it states I do not own the game, but I definitely do. I have never had this issue before. 
I do not have another EA account, and I have 100+ hours in the game.  The message below is what I get when attempting to launch the game. 
Help would be appreciated. I just wanna play some ME3 multiplayer. Thank you!

    giltbuckle3 xraytec 

    • Close EA app and Steam completely. (not just minimized in the tray.)
    •  Press Windows key + R.
    •  Enter or copy and paste: "%ProgramData%\Electronic Arts\EA Services" (Without the quotes) > hit ENTER.
    • Delete the "License" folder.
    • Test.

    Okay, I did manage to find this license folder and deleted it. The game is working correctly now. Everyone else said it was in the Documents folder rather than this Windows thing.

    I'm at the same point as the original threadstarter. 

    ME worked fine last week, after coming back from a trip on Monday, ME launcher throws up the same error. 

    Tried to delete licence files, temp file, re-installed Mass Effect, reinstalled the EA launcher. Still no luck. 

    As nothing changed on my end, might this be a problem on EA's end? Was there an EA app change last week?

    grey_venger01​ This would not be an issue on our end as there are no current issues. I verified with the team there have been no reported issues happening in the last week that would cause this.

    Did anything with your set up change during that week? Windows updates, ISP changes, network changes, etc. If it is a laptop, did you take it with you?
