Unauthorized DLC

I just picked up the DLC for ME2 off the bioware social page the other day and while some of it installed, i've been told the DLC for arrival, overlord and shadowbroker are "unauthorized". I have a functional cerberus network connection in game.

Provide me a solution or give me a refund. 

Each file was downloaded with its individual installer package off the bioware social site.

I don't use Origin. And wont, so dont try to pass that off as you "solution."
