Unified Character Creator... isn't...

There's an issue concerning importing a character from ME1 to ME2 in Legendary Edition. For some reason facial hair colour isn't transferring over correctly (My Shep went from having black to blonde eye brows and stubble) and although I didn't get this personally, others are reporting different face shapes.

Linked below is a thread I discovered on reddit that shows the issue.

Please fix Bioware ☹️ I absolutely nailed my ME1 Shep and now he looks wonky,.

  • As a workaround, you could perhaps make a note of your ME1 face code, select Custom Appearance at the start of ME2, then enter your ME1 code, and edit out these mistakes.

I know, not very convenient, but maybe it helps.

  • This is horribly disappointing.

We were told that Legendary Edition would have a unified character creator. One of the official articles showed a custom Shepard in all three games to demonstrate that your appearance would now stay the same. This is NOT the case in LE.

Besides, none of this makes any sense. If it's the same character creator for all three games now, WHY would this be happening?

  • The fat brow is still broken too.  For some reason, that brow is drawn lower for ME2 (OT as well) than it is for ME1 and ME3
