Latest patches have been usually released on thursday.
I think it would be a safe bet.

No one wants to tempt a 'black wednesday' now do they? :D
I don't care if it is out or not yet. The only thing even worthwhile in it are the multiplayer changes. I don't think I'll ever touch singleplayer again, unless the (potential) DLC's are not full of this propaganda. I swear to god if JAAL lectures me on inclusivity, fluidity or some other trash I will hide the game in my library since it is all I can do, too late to refund it.
What's next removing the gender options in character creation? Why can't I have my character look completely gender fluid? I want to look half man/half woman so I can change on whatever whim I am feeling in a particular day. BIOWARE/EA WHY ARE YOU LOCKING ME to a particular gender at character creation? I think you need more radical lmnopqrstuv constultants so that everyone feels included!

You may be homophobic but you should remember that no one forces you to initiate a romance with someone your own gender. You may choose to only romance Cora each play or not romance anyone for that matter.

Are you insulting me? I am NOT homophobic. I romanced VETRA as a female Ryder in my only playthrough, for one. They made the entire race of ANGARA as a machine to push this gender "fluid" propaganda. Their older games are fantastic, because they are free from this trash. It is obvious when they have a transgender character out of nowhere tell you they are transgender, just to be "inclusive", Even if it isn't propaganda they are still using the LGTQwhatever community. It is the principle of it, that is it.
Cortez is an example of a GAY character done right. He doesn't preach to you about gender fluidity, or him being gay. It is natural. Maybe they should try to make good romances again instead of trying to cater to certain groups and preach some trash message out. I don't buy these games to be lectured on gender fluidity or transgenders... or whatever they are thinking up these days.
Another example is how LIARA was handled in Mass Effect 1. Speaking to her about it when you first meet her. That was natural.

Trust me Jaal wont suddenly say to your Ryder that he is now transgender.
In my six playthroughs no one has tried to preach their preference to me. If I try to romance them and they are not into my current gender they simply say so and that is the last you hear about it. So no preaching at all.

Yup I dont have issues with Cortez but I didnt appreciate Kaidan ambushing me in ME3(if he survives the nuke and you didnt renegade him, he comes on to male shep.... that was a shocker to say the least...
So you never met the trans character in EOS? Even the trans community was outraged by what they did with that, I am told. Listen to angara talking to Asari in the cultural exchange. The ambassoder speaks to her in a long conversation about gender fluidity. It might be avoidable since it is a side conversation between NPC's, but it still destroys. Asari never recognized their genders anyway (they have none according to LIARA MASS EFFECT 1 paraphrasing) Now all of a sudden they are talking about gender roles and the like. Ridiculous. Get this trash OUT of my game!

Yup, and that is the thing likely to change. Showing interest as male to Jaal no longer gets "shot down" by Jaal. So won't be in you face, have to actively pursue it. Romance assumably will be exactly the same as with female. Highly unlikely there is much new voice-over.
Barring perhaps the actual love scene animation which won't make sense male-male (well, peebee female variant really doesn't either...)

There is new voice over, confirmed by Michael Gamble on Twitter.
