Are we sure that the vaults weren't the reason there was an unusually high number of Golden Worlds in this galaxy/cluster?
And story wise, it has always been unusual to me that making things human friendly was somehow good for everyone (as well as how all of us have the sex parts in the same place and basically sex the same)... but I chalked that up to outside game reasons.
I mean we travel 2 plus million light years away and there's a planet already pre optimal for human life somehow and the people living there look virtually nothing like us.
SpoilerI mean will it turn out that we all have the same creator/creators and that is why we all have very similar needs or share some baseline traits? Will it turn out that we end up all being like the geth and rebel against our creators? Were we all one giant experiment?
Okay, so what if the vaults make planets viable for Jaarden artificial life to live and the people deploy the scourge because to them this whole thing is wrong so they are trying to stop it. Like they are morally against what the being creating those life forms are doing.SpoilerI really like the idea that maybe, at some point, we will all have to sheepishly raise our hand to the Angara and say, "Me too". It also would be a way to tie Suvi's ramblings back into a theme. Why are we putting this in a spoiler block? Do you know something I don't?!?! 😃SpoilerClick bait. Ta!
Wow, that was... what you said there PandaTar. That has to be the most well thought out comment ever. Life changing really and I think everyone should read what you just said there.
Everyone.
A small question: Scourge feeds on Remnant energy or it's attracted by it. When we activated the vault at Habitat 7, the Scourge actually retracted. Any ideas why?

You were effectively turning it off or into standby mode. I think Alec even noted it was probably broken.

I think they mention that somehow it got locked into a mutually reinforcing feedback loop; scourge and remnant tech. Alec ended that loop so maybe it would fade back to "normal" level of scourge?

Ah, yes, the thing was actually malfunctioning.

It also could be by design; as each tries to outdo the other. Not sure why Remnant tech would have varying levels of success fighting against it (since some planets seem to have their remnant tech broken at all different levels of planetary destruction) but it would explain why the Turian golden world completely blew apart. Habitat 7 *was* beginning to come apart.
Scourge as Viral Ai/programming for Remnant tech.
