Either reapers have gotten a LOT bigger or this is a glitch...

@Psychotps Sovereign-class, the two-kilometre-long Capital Ship. Main weapon is a spinal mounted "magnetohydrodynamic" cannon with a yield of 132 to 450 kilotons of TNT, which dwarfs the main gun of an Everest-class Alliance dreadnought. Stay clear of it. :D

    @PsychotpsDidn't paid attention during gameplay but looking back at the screenshots I see your point. It is like a missing transparency on atmospheric effect. Or perhaps it's a result of LOD and in far distance the fog looks like a solid opaque block.
