Dont be so damn spoiled. Just because some games give you freedom for your playstyle dont expect every game to do so. The more freedom a player has, the more different pathes the storywriter have to cover up to satisfy everybody. Means opposite for the opposite, less freedom, better polished up story.. usually.
my two cents :>

So when I'm asking about something they already had in their other games, it's being "spoiled", right. There's no point of having conversation options then. Just give us cutscenes, and different options only when there is a decision to be made. Giving options to say the same thing in a slightly different manner is dumb, this is just the Telltale-style illusion of choice.
@admcmei86, That's just it, I don't want to play as an unfeeling monster, but sometimes I'd like to tell some no-good politicians to shove their opinion up their arse, basically what VladVonCastein said. As the launch trailer stated - I'm only human. Sometimes humans act rashly when irritated. - 9 years ago
Thing is in pretty much every other Bioware game you can be 'mean' - so its not exactly being 'spoiled' is it...? Overall i love the game, but i do wish the tone was a bit darker and more serious like the og trilogy...

Agree..
For example, here is ME:A choices in a nutshell
Tann : Ryder, you gotta save the day!
The only choices are :
1. Oh my God... I can't wait to save the day!!! YEAH!! (Emotional)
2. I must save the day to earn more respect from you (Logical)
3. Yeah yeah.. suuuuree.. no prob... (Casual)
4. Roger that boss (Professional)
5. Got it, and i love you Tann... (Flirt / Love)
Actually i wanted some answer like "F*ck you Tann... i only do this for your credit, so i can upgrade my sh*ts" (Renegade)
God i miss ME3 soo much
