(Xbox) Unusual Gamerscore & Forgotten Achievements
This is a minor issue, but it's one that could easily be fixed if brought to the attention of the developers.
The PlayStation version of Mass Effect: Legendary Edition correctly includes three platinum trophies--one for each entry in the trilogy. However, the Xbox version of Mass Effect: Legendary Edition only provides a total of 2,915 Gamerscore. This is an extremely unusual amount compared to most other Xbox games, especially when taking into account the three platinums for PS4 & PS5. I believe this was a minor oversight by the developers. Because the Legendary Edition is a collection three games, it should actually provide a total of 3,000 Gamerscore on Xbox. There are other remastered trilogy compilations that provide 3,000 GS like Assassin's Creed: The Ezio Collection, Spyro Reignited Trilogy, and a few others.
This can be rectified with a title update restoring a few noticeably absent achievements and ensuring they add up to the missing 85 GS. When the trilogy's original achievements were reworked for the Legendary Edition, several superfluous achievements were removed. This is perfectly fine. However, three important achievements were NOT included in Mass Effect: Legendary Edition and should be restored to match the pattern of achievements tied to important story events.
The Ultimate Sacrifice (ME2): originally granted to players who completed the Arrival DLC mission.
Prothean Expert (ME3): originally granted to players who recruited the squadmate in the From Ashes DLC.
Rich (ME1): originally granted to players who amassed 1,000,000 credits in ME1. It's removal from the Legendary Edition might be the cause of the missing Spectre weapons glitch whose unlock status was connected to this achievement in the original game.
Catching Up (ME2): originally granted to players who spoke with Liara on the Normandy after completing the Lair of the Shadow Broker DLC. It's removal has made it impossible for players to unlock Stasis as a Bonus Power in ME2.
These achievements could be re-added in a title update and provide the missing 85 GS for Xbox players. Like I mentioned earlier, this is a minor discrepancy and other, more critical bugs should be prioritized first. However, I hope my suggestion can be passed on to the developers for their consideration.
