5 stars bug
In my sims cozy bundle on nintendo switch
When my town reach 5 stars i get an unlimited loading screen
After a reload my working task book dont work anymore i cant open the task

Thanks for the report. Could you let me know which game version you have on your Switch?
You can find this by placing the cursor on the MySims tile on the home screen and pressing the + button. Should be at the top of the next screen.

I have exactly the same problem. Restarting the game or doing other tasks does not help
I'm getting the same problem! I contacted the EA support team, but they said there's no tickets out there for this problem right now and said it is most likely my console. I think it's the game though and not the console.
People are reporting the same bug with perpetual loading on social media (Reddit, Facebook)
I started a new town ... in this town i reach 5 stars without the bug ... so it is not the console ... it is the game :x
Aw I really don’t want to have to start over right now. Hope there can be a patch to fix it.
Any word on potential fixes? I’m sure the team has a lot to fix at the moment, but hoping it’s addressed in the next update for the game
Same problem for over a month now. Can’t progress in the game. I’ve commented this on FB, Reddit, and here. Plz fix EA!
