Goth Boy's lamp is not available for other builds

the exterior lamp you can get after building a home for goth boy's house is not available for other builds, it should appear for wall decor section with other lamps but it's nowhere to be found. it ...

I am also experiencing this bug. I came here to see if the bug had been reported yet/report it if not. Hopefully they fix it because it's my favorite wall lamp :(
