Hardlock / game stopping bugs

Hello

These are bugs I have been experiencing with mySims classic on the switch

So at the current I encounterd two bugs that will make the game unplayable.

The first one: I cant got to sleep without my game freezing. I use the nap option but sleep until night/day will freeze the game immideatly. 

The second one: I cannot move in a new sim. No matter what plot of land i choose its not possible. I also cannot kick out any other sims instead. I can also not use the " ask (name) to move in instead" option at the hotel. I clicked it but nothing happens. So I am stuck with a sim I cant move in
