Lags and Bugs - game not playable for me

Hello everyone, I have the problem that my game often lags and freezes while playing. The freezes are about 1-2 seconds long and quickly dissappear again. I also have the issue that sometimes building objects are not interactable. A restart often fixes the problem but it is always coming back. 

The things I already did to troubleshoot: restarting the game, restarting the console, reinstalling the game, used different internet connection methods (different wifi and hotspot), tried handheld and TV mode. 

None of the above helped me. I tried them all multiple times. Nintendo refuses a refund unless I get the info, that currently there is no solution for that problem. 

So my question is, is there a method I haven't tried yet or can anyone help me? The EA Support chat gave me a link to this forum to ask for a possible solution
