MySims Not Opening

I was so excited to get MySims, and it is not launching. I've followed everything in the FAQ section, and I've uninstalled and reinstalled everything. I made sure my computer was fully updated. I restarted my computer. I did absolutely everything, and it's not launching. I'm about to give up and request a refund. Anyone know a fix for this before I do?
